1:21:10 I was wondering about that, since otherwise Snow is locked by world peace. Definitely one of the most necessary not randomized locations for the story.
7:48:01 so, when I watched this right now, and you said "it's 8pm, I'm not going to sleep", it actually was exactly 8:00pm for me. In Europe, this felt so uncanny, being used to 6+ hours difference when watching you guys live :D
couldn't be there the whole time but was so invested even when i knew he was losing just so interesting to see him still have to think about vanilla smo mechanics and objectives differently but understand why it can't be a video though
i rarely comment on yt but i watched all 3 pov vods of this. i got a similar vibe from smant and moarfs vods, but watching yours did kind of change my mind. you didnt have as much info as them, paintings being open etc. you might see this as being behind a lot, but my view is you did exceptionally well given your knowledge and experience of the randomiser. did appreciate your enthusiasm for a 100% run, but id also like to see more obscure challenges to see how it all works behind the scenes. like all shops % , find all shop interiors, or stuff like that. the more yu play it, the more you learn from it. p.s. that wooden kingdom jump alone? proof you still got this.
Y'all should make:
1. Collecting all purples gives you a random moon
2. Make cap kingdom moons a random ability or capture.
3. Have Talk-a-Too only provide 3 moons per kingdom (just 3 and no more if you find them) where Talk-a-Too tells the random kingdom moon and the moon name that you can find it at.
This would probably speed up these randomizers a lot.
New idea for competitive Marioing. A lockout board where each space also locks out an ability or capture. So a really hard space might have a really unimportant ability loss. Or a really easy space might take away jump.
therory, bowser is actually bipolar, which is why he'll be driving Gokarts with mario one moment, then kidnapping peach the next, but the 2d games are all just plays put on by actors that are retellings of what happens in the 3d games.
