Are the dead still among us? Mexican medium Abril Méndez attempts live contact with the deceased through Rudy's grandparents: we show you what she confirms, what she doesn't recognize, and what remains open.

We're not saying it's true. We're showing you what happened on camera.

In this episode of El Círculo (The Circle), Abril Méndez, known online as Luz de tu Luz (Light of Your Light), explains her understanding of death, the soul, and grief. She then puts it into practice with Rudy's family. Before Rudy says anything, she mentions a prostate and kidney problem in one of his grandfathers, a smell of oysters that Rudy associates with his maternal grandfather, who owned a seafood restaurant, and lung and head pains in his grandmother Rita, who died of metastatic cancer. Other details, such as a white car or a puff pastry dessert, are not recognized by Rudy. Everything explained about the afterlife is presented as Abril's experience and framework, not as proven fact.

We discuss:
• Why some people seem to know they are going to die, and the stories Abril tells
• Where the soul of a person in a coma might be, according to her experience
• How it all began: her deceased husband kept appearing in her dreams
• Soul, spirit, and silver cord: how she distinguishes between them
• A simple exercise she proposes to ask if a loved one is still with you
• Therapeutic tarot versus predictive tarot, with a live reading
