Lewis Black | The Rant Is Due best of Voting

Lewis Black

As one election cycle passes and another is right around the corner, it's time to get out and vote. From sea to shining sea, who gets to vote, when they get to vote, and how they vote has become an increasingly contentious issue, which is odd in a democracy. In this voting rights-themed collection, Lewis hears from every perspective on the issue, including some helpful feedback from our Australian allies. And stick around for the civics lesson on Gerrymandering.

Imagine George Carlin and Lewis Black in a room talking about politics. The carnage.

I truly hope all that anger keeps you going for many years to come. Thank you Lew.

Politicians should NEVER get to pick their voters, the VOTERS pick the politicians.

I live in Denmark. My last address in the US was Manhattan. I vote for everything i can in the US.
Here, I am only allowed to vote in the local elections- and I vote. In Denmark everyone votes!

Lewis’ language is eloquent. His oratory is an inspiration to all of us who love openly expressing our thoughts exactly how they are - no bullshit.

This man tells the about life in general and love listening to him speak the truth. Please don’t stop telling people to wake up and do the right thing. God bless this man for his righteous indignation. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

I am so grateful to have someone articulate the thoughts in my head!

In my area, the election commission changed the polling place where my galpal would vote. She took her notification to the new polling place and she was not on the list, and they weren't going to allow her to vote. She had to raise mortal hell and threaten to get a news crew out at the polling place and also call the election commission for them to allow her to vote. They ended up offering her a "provisional ballot" and she refused. She wanted to vote and feel secure in that it counted.

The fact that we have to pass legislation & protest 🙄 for our right to vote in the first place is so telling & VERY undemocratic.
Great rant here, Lewis!

Thanks Lewis! I never missed a year to vote in my entire 63 years! I am disgusted at those who do not realize the privilege, and boiling mad at those trying to destroy our democracy by denying the right to others!

I'd vote for Lew. He'd HATE it, though.

Lewis I became an American citizen recently and I’m looking forward voting. I love this country, because of that I want to vote!

Lewis, I appreciate your frustration sir, even though I don't always agree with your point of view. You make me laugh, which is just as important as voting.

Warning! Do not watch this while eating, you are in danger of choking in the middle of a belly laugh.

We always say, get people out to vote. But voters still need to be informed, and too many voters just don't know anything about the people for whom they're voting. It just goes back to poor education.

I Love & Appreciate Lewis Black I have for years now‼️ He rants his truth which happens to be what a lot of us feel but don't scream it out 🤭
