Two points. The first is sheer common sense. How does anyone know the contents of her will? That is normally a secret between lawyer and client. More importantly, a will is revocable and can be changed by the testator right up to the date of death, if the right formalities are observed. You cannot assume that any will is necessarily going to be set in stone till the testator's death.
Personally I don't believe a word of it. I would be absolutely astonished if Priness Anne did anything of the sort.

Why is the Palace in shock? Zara is Anne's daughter and has more royal blood than "Queen " Camilla. I am sure Peter will inherit something too, Anne is such a fair and correct woman. Cheers

Zara is almost a clone of Anne. Both were in the Olympics and won medals. Zara is highly prized in the Royal family, she seems to be the one that often Prince William turns to after Anne. Peter is almost absent from the Royal Family whereas Zara always seems to be around them. When Anne passes (NOT too soon please) Zara is the one that William & Catherine will turn to for her honest opinion. Love both her & Mike, they are both great assets to the Royal Family.

Peter could be getting as a gift from Princess Anne, or buying, a property of equal value, or greater. We don’t know the extent of the Royal family’s holdings. Maybe Peter’s wife doesn’t want to live at Gatcomb park. There could be many other parts of the story, even if this story is true.
