Hi Naomi, I just fell onto your site, I was born in Rainton outside Durham but I now live in Israel above Nazareth. It's lovely to see Durham, the river and cathedral as well as hear your lovely accent. To my ears the way you speak is very musical. You made me smile at your choice of book and your innocence, now I'm 70 years old, but in my youth Fanny Hill was regarded as a naughty book. No matter how much money is in your pocket, it's always smart to be "canny" with your cash. I liked your bargains very much, and also your attitude towards eating from delightful tableware. I will checkout more of your podcasts.

The 2 crystal bells, cant wait to see you make the crystal tree the crystal bowls and bell!!!!!

Yes, I was bought Fanny Hill by a boyfriend 40 years ago. Definitely a naughty book and bought for that reason for me! I later maaried the guy and we are still together xx

your new handbag with the gold chain is the sweetest xx

Found your channel today. I love to find new channels with good thrifting content.  You should do a wee what you're wearing.  Love your accent.  I now live 😮in 🇺🇸.  I love Rosie henshaw and the 2nd hand styler.  Just subscribed.  Looking forward to your next vlog 😊

Love watching you charity shop hauls ❤

Just found your channel so will be binge watching your video's as being a 'local' 5 miles south of Durham it's great seeing my home turf! I love charity shops nearly 90% of my clothes are from there often buy brand new items with the ticket still on. I also bought a gorgeous grey 3 piece suite for £250 which was immaculate. I found out it'd been donated as the owners changed their mind on the colour scheme when it got delivered, so donated it when they got the new one!

Oh this brought back amazing memories and made me feel so nostalgic! I lived in Durham for ten years (studied there and then stayed!) and went to those charity shops CONSTANTLY - have things in my wardrobe still that I got from Scope's blue cross sale nearly ten years ago! I felt such a pang when you were standing on the bridge looking over the Wear - i haven't been back to visit since I moved away and I miss it so much! Gorgeous finds :)

I love the houses and I thought it’ll be cool to put a light behind it.

Please more of these videos 😍😍

Enjoyed watching you shop! What a great idea to add the chain strap to your new bag purchase. First time watching you, will watch you again.

The row of houses was an exceptional find and love the bag.

I love the idea of the glass Christmas tree. This is the first time I hear about it. x

Love your shopping trips 😊❤

I would love to browse in your garage!

Absolutely love those row of houses! What a cool find.

Loved this shopping vlog xx

I love the house plaque ❤️❤️❤️ you can buy fancy long handles for your bag❤️

A couple of catty comments down below!  Shame people can't keep quiet if they have nothing nice to say. I enjoyed watching that very much. I had a bag similar to that when I was a student (1967) and loved it. My mum had a rolling pin just like that in the eighties and I remember we had a brass coal box like that in the fifties, which dated from the forties, so you have a good eye for vintage objects. 😃

Great video, love ur charity shop hauls, can't wait for the car boot ones 👍♥️ xxx
