It’s insane that people were saying that he can’t be a victim because he dressed up as Jeffery Dahmer and said some weird shit.

I literally had 0 clue who this was until you showed a snippet of the apology video and it all clicked

Ryan Beard's Dance > Sienna's Dance

Her defense against the allegations are ridiculous. Especially the one where she said that her brother would've beaten up the person taking advantage of her.

If they did kick her ass for taking advantage of Jack, she would've destroyed their lives.

1:11:20 I hate this argument so much. "You, a man, are so much bigger, why didn't you physically remove her?" we all damn well know, the moment he touches her wrong, she can cry assault and have everyone come to her defense, especially if it was his word against hers. Goddamn it, there are situations where a guy gets assaulted, hits back and still gets the blamed. That's not even talking about how it completely shifts the blame from her.

"Believe all victims" Until it doesn't fit your narrative for some reason, so then you gotta start perpetuating common SA myths, perpetrator apology, and victim blaming nonsense.

Woman alleges she was assaulted: “This is horrible” (it is)

Man alleges he was assaulted: “Uhm ackshually, what did the guy do?” 🤓

I love "he is weird so he cant be sexually assulted"

I remember when Moistcritikal covered her “apology” but going down the rabbit hole was something else. She should genuinely be in jail for what she did but everyone just focuses on how ridiculous she is (which i get why, lmao)

So to Tana and Pixie a male can't have mental breakdowns due to being assaulted and trauma but females totally can. The double standard is insane.

So if you do edgy shit, you aren’t a victim of sexual assault anymore?

I have a habit of not knowing these people and being angry at what kinds of awful people they are.

People harping about “why didn’t they put the phone down and help him, instead they just recorded it”. But if people turned on him now over the “vibes”, just imagine how this would have played out if he came out with his story without the video being released. So many accusations of SA, even with testimony and corroboration, are pushed to the wayside specifically because there is no evidence to support the claims. And as much as I hate doing the double standard argument, we can all safely say that if Sienna was passed out and unconscious while Jack was kissing & putting his hands on her, the internet would have had an absolute field day making sure he never felt welcome on social media ever again. Yet, somehow people like Sienna or Zoe Laverne still maintain success and a following despite their disgusting behavior. It’s truly baffling.

It’s crazy how clearly Sienna was being malicious with her crackpot theory on Jack and his friends doing this to sabotage her career while pretending to not understand what boundaries are, making new claims while bringing zero evidence, and kinda sorta admitting she did something wrong by saying “yeah I was a little mean to Jack every now and then”

Men need to be perfect victims in order for people to take their sexual assault trauma seriously is why men don’t bother reporting it and why male victim rates are low and less “common.”

Aint this the interprative dance apology girl?

That controversy of Adele losing weight was crazy to me. I remember that at the time I had a girlfriend who was pretty overweight and had low self esteem due to it(she had messed up her ankles in the marines and had a bit of mobility problems from it that contributed to a weight gain). I mention her because I remember her being pretty angry at the people that were hating on Adele. Even though she was heavy herself, she didn't take it as an attack that Adele got healthier. The people that do have issues that have nothing to do with weight and everything to do with accountability.

1:02:10 "Troubled dark person who does drugs"
Gee I wonder why. Does it have something to do with him being a victim of sexual assault?

I cannot begin to describe the level of rage I felt at how Jack was treated when those allegations first surfaced. We, as a society, really need to be better about these instances. Not only are they laughed at or told that they should feel lucky, they are also questioned heavily about why they didn’t “fight back” especially since we teach boys at a young age that they shouldn’t put their hands on a girl or woman. We have drilled it into their heads that if they even dare raise a hand to anyone of the opposite gender that they are automatically bad for it. Meanwhile, we also ask them: “why didn’t you push her off?” “You are so much bigger than her as a man. You could have X, y, or z.” However, in most cases when a woman comes forward we express sympathy, anger on their behalf, and if anyone dares to say those very same things towards a female victim, there are hundreds of people who will call that person out on that.

Sienna Mae was absolutely in the wrong even if Jack was giving her “mixed signals”. If men can’t use that excuse, women shouldn’t either. And from what I am hearing… those aren’t really “mixed signals”. The kissing was obviously something that the production team had decided on to pump up the viewership, but the other points that she made such as giving her expensive gifts or not out right telling her “no”, is not nor has ever been an excuse to climb on top of someone and start making out with them when they are unconscious. And from what I remember, Jack actually had told her repeatedly no, that he was not interested in her in that way. One story sticks out in my mind and that is of Sierra coming into his room stark naked and attempting to get him to do things with her. Gross.

I will say one more thing: When Mason released that video of the incident that he himself had captured on camera, so many people tried to excuse her behavior from saying that he moved (when he didn’t), questioned why his friend didn’t step in to stop her (really? If Mason had laid a finger on her, the internet would have torched him and Jack), and above all else… the boy was heavily under the influence of alcohol and was unconscious! If that happened to a girl the internet would have raised hell. In fact, there was a case very similar to that some years back. Remember Brock Turner? He was discovered touching a young woman who was passed out behind a dumpster and when he got off with a slap on the wrist… the internet went absolutely crazy! Which they should have! She could not give her consent and he was touching her. That was the situation Jack was in. People should have absolutely called her out on that regardless of what she and her PR team suggested. It was obvious from that video that he was in no state to give consent.

They think Jack is lying because his eyes are dead and he dressed up as Dahmer, when you know that these kind of people would be defending their hearts out for Dahmer
