this is literally my magnum opus on the internet, nothing will compete with this, besides my niche micro celebrity status on scratch back in like 2014. (also the person that says they know me, i have ZERO clue on who that is)

ayselzzx shoutout what a huge day for her

it's going to be so sad to look back on this video when supertf ends up dead crumpled under the weight of a 45lb bar

We must all workout to stay stronger, the day he can actually beat up 60% of chat is the day we have failed as a civilisation

I am a calisthenics autist. I had a 60KG(132lbs) weighted pullup at 77KG(170lbs) bodyweight. Super is right about pullups being actually hard, they're not the same level as doing a pushup.

ALSO his form is much better than I would have expected, and the issues I see are all usually solved by just doing more pullups and getting stronger.

I'm proud of him for being safe and wearing a helmet while exercising.

2:00 Rule #1: Never trust a supertf viewer with fitness advice, they don't know wtf they're talking about 💀

Soon enough he will have his very own Futaba like Liam.

If super really does go on a gym arc there is no way I want to lose to this guy.

I literally started going to the gym and eating better this week. Just started my journey and now i gotta compete with THIS TWINK

Yeah I gotta lock in if supertf becomes muscular

bro i just got that same fucking pullup bar and have to sell it now

pull ups ACTUALLY are easy if youre skinny and/or short, being genuine because its the main form of exercise i did all throughout high school

0:11 that's me 🥹

@supertf spam the pull up machine at the gym!! youll work up to body weight in no time as long as youre progressively overloading every time you go to the gym. I started out needing -40 pounds on the machine and recently worked up to +40 lb weighted pull ups for 20 reps (and YES you should be locking out chat doesnt know what theyre talking about)

pyro opening his folder of skeleton sfx whenever super stands up

he really self reports so hard when he talks about some topics

the skeleton noises bit always hits

YOOO AYSELZZX MENTIONED

THE SKELETON SOUNDS LOL
