Please note. Vulcan Strength is suing us, not Vulcan Fitness. Vulcan Fitness is an entirely different company.

The support from the community in response to this video has been overwhelming. Thank you so much. We appreciate all of you!

Any company suing over a review tells you all you need to know about that company.

A negative review doesn't guarantee I won't buy a product.
A frivolous lawsuit on the other hand guarantees that I'll never buy anything from the company for the rest of my life.

This lawsuit did more damage to their brand than your video ever could have.

Just donated $200! Having been sued by a patent troll (we own a small family business) I understand exactly how this feels. Please, keep us updated! Subscribed!

Never buying a product from that company. Thanks Gluck.

Instead of investing in their product for improvements, they invest in lawyers for lawsuits. That company sounds like hot garbage.

And now Vulcan has lost prospective clients

I don't even subscribe to this channel and got recommended this video. Talk about a Streisand effect.

Great job, Vulcan Strength.

Edit - as of update, the video has 346k views, the most viewed video in this channel's history.

Suing your own customers has to be biggest fucking suicide mission any company can undertake.

I'm an attorney; look into a Motion to Dismiss based on venue and corporate veil argument alone.  I've looked at the complaint and think it's bogus for MANY reasons.

Any company who sues over a bad review, tells you everything you need to know about that company and their product.  Every review, good or bad should be a lesson to the company on how to improve.

"This is the worst lawsuit I've ever reviewed."

Hey Gluck, sorry to hear about this horrible situation. I don't want to seem insensitive about the topic but I just wanted to say our company 'VULCAN Fitness' is based in Australia and is NOT in any way associated with Vulcan Strength in the US who has sued you. We have had a couple of people comment on posts and our social media bashing our brand as they think we are associated with Vulcan Strength. Is it possible to make a small disclaimer that we are not associated with them? This would be much appreciated!

Annnnnnnd the Vulcan Boycott begins.

This is why I DO NOT do product reviews. They want a free advertiser and then will sue you if they don't like it.

Vulcan just digging a deeper hole.  This won’t end well for them.  Hang in there!

As someone who never heard of Vulcan, never saw the original review, never heard of Gluck's Gym and randomly saw this video in my home feed, looks like Vulcan really f'd up here because now tons more people think they are a slimy company and this video showcases that REP has better setup instructions, customer service, build quality, and morals. Good job Vulcan, whoever you are!

Never back down to a bully. Fight it.
