The narrative is consistent with that of an innocent widow though lacking fundamental details to sustain her case in a court of law. She needs to approach it from the squatter angle. Her argument should be that she has lived as a squatter for so many years without disturbance and hence claim ownership of the property. In any case if the property was bought, why then wasn't the purchase process completed? A swift legal process can proceed without anyone being assaulted and property destroyed given the court process has been initiated. Omotakanwa nabo akoirwa ng'ora igo ase richiko nonya n'enyomba aagacherwe eng'ao ase gete onye tabwati kegima gose amanerwe kabegi gake buna egeticha asengencho mamocho tari ere oyabwate. Ere nigo atigetwe aroro, nonya tikori kwaye.
Most of these cases are easily solved by the community. They need to come together and point out the truth. I have seen alot of communities coming together solving this problems, the community knows the truth???
There is something which is not adding up there , you have been assaulted what you do, you go to police and report, your house and property have been destroyed what you do, those are questions to be answered
We would like to hear from area administration though there are some gaps, why didn't the family bury the late husband in this land if he indeed belonged to it?.That alone shows some suspicions, probably they weren't sure if they own the land.
I don't know if it's anger, but the lady doesn't answer questions relevantly. I wish she had composed herself first. The daughter is consistently relevant and can a case in a court of law if she can avoid screaming. The boy is also good. The family needs urgent and serious assistance
