昔ながらの和食で糠漬けも自分で漬ける、結びしらたき、ワカメは自分が思っている以上の量を摂取、発芽玄米で強烈な便秘から卒業出来ました。

食べた後の消化力が弱く感じ胃が重くお腹がすきません
消化力を高めるためにはどうしたらよいですか
今まで即効的に効いたのはピーナッツ、パイナップルだが２カ月で効果がなくなる。野菜スープは効果ありです。ミネステローネを何年も食べました。大量に作りました。
我慢しないというのが一番。出物腫物ところ選ばず、出なくても気にしない。
米売っていなくて８カ月間オーツ麦を食べて居ます。これは今までで一番効果あり。げろ不味いので、食べ方はお好み焼き、パンケーキ（卵入れず）、蒸しパン、お粥（ホワイトソース煮。和洋スープお粥身入りがいい）。ホワイトソース作るの面倒だがオーツ麦なら鍋に放り込むだけ。小麦粉と違い加熱処理してあるので粉っぽさがない。
７８歳です。便秘に悩むことがなくなりました。
最期に、食べないと出ません。
原因は全て、この便秘のせいなのですが、食べてもスムーズに便で排出されないので、逆流性食道炎を併発してきました。食べる量もかなり少ない(１日全部で１食分の定食の量にも届かない)のに胸やけとチクチクする苦しさ。もう慢性化してました。
それで便が硬いためだと思うのですが、こちらも慢性的な膨満感。膨満感が一番苦しいのですが、２４時間ずっと苦しい、楽になる姿勢もない、とにかく苦しい。そして、食事の量を食べられないので固形が腸に滞留しない様にかき氷や水分でごまかそうとしても、腸に行かない為、胃が常にタプタプしてる状態、それが逆流動性食道炎の原因の胃酸がずっと出過ぎてる状態を併発。
あとで胃カメラをやって分かったのがこれが十二指腸潰瘍のせいで腸へ押し出されるのが塞がれてただけなんですが、こういう状況だから食欲はあるのに量を食べるのが億劫に。そこでこの十二指腸潰瘍の症状らしいのですが、空腹時にこそ胃をがっと掴まれたような違和感がずっと続く。なので、１日に３個ぐらいはかき氷食べて紛らわしてました。
もちろん、腸活や消化に良い食事から、刺激性・水溶性の下剤、整腸剤を色々も試してましたが、ずっとこの３つの痛みが慢性化してました。ただ、一つだけすっきりする方法が寝て起きる事です。昨日の夜あんな苦しんで寝付けなかったのに、寝てる間に身体が自動的に自浄してるのかすっきり直ってます。ただし、その日に何かしら食べていくと夕方頃には上記の３つの痛みと格闘の毎日でした。
それと、薬は刺激性のスルーラックを飲むと同様に胃と腸の中の滞留物を一気に排出してくれてたのでどうしても苦しくなったら最終手段としてこれを飲んでました。ただ、この薬は身体に耐性がついてしまうとのことであまり乱用してると効きづらくなるとの事で月に２，３回程度に収まる様気を付けてました。それでも常飲してたし、ルーティーン化していってました。水溶性の酸化マグネシウムですが、身体に合わないのか全く効果がなかったので止めました。
こんな体で５年間格闘し続けてましたが、ようやく見つかり、解放されました。あんなに苦しかったのもおいしくない食事で食の楽しみを喪失してたのに、全部これ一発で良くなりました。あの５年はなんだったんだろうと。
そこで、自分の身体の症状と痛み時の対処法を今一度考えなおしました。便の量が出ないのは当たり前で一日の食べる量が少ない、米などの炭水化物も決定的に少ないので出ないのは当たり前と考えを変えました。そして、根本的に苦しいのは何かと考えた時、膨満感でした。膨満感の症状を引き出してるのは何だと考えた時、それは便が硬い事。そこで薬も症状の痛みに対する処方どうこうじゃなく、単純に便を柔らかくするものは無いか、と考え、モビコールと言うのに出会いました。
便秘と言うとどこのサイトも動画も医院の対処法にも上記２つの記述が代表的で、むしろこの２つしかないと５年間埋没してました。今はこのモビコールを毎日飲み始めた事で便も柔らかくなり、全ての体の不調から解放されました。医師に聞いてもこの薬品には耐性と言うのも無いと言うのも後押しになりましたが、これももうちょっと飲み続けてどんな感じか見ていきたいと思ってますが、はじめて３週間ですが、至極絶好調で困惑してる程です。整腸剤もやめ、他にも飲んでたビフィズス菌なども全部止めました。さすがに胃腸に負荷を与えるような食事は留意する様にしてますが、食事の量自体も依然と同じくらいにまで戻ってきました。
長文になりましたが、誰かの役に立つ話だったらと自分の体験を書き記しておきます。
