I always knew things were bigger in Texas but not for such a great price.  Beautiful home, incredible value.

What’s not to love about this house!  I like it that the catwalk is not totally open.  Great house and tour!  TY

Another great video ty.  When you walked into the media room I thought that was wood paneling up the wall and over the ceiling. That paint looks great

Wow!  The upstairs seemed to go on forever! 😍

Fence and covered porch included?! Say less! 😍

That 3-car garage is a must-have for storage too, since y'all don't do basements down there (where else are we supposed to hoard our stuff?!). These exteriors look straight out of a dream, and the floor plans actually have personality—unlike the army of cookie-cutter boxes we're stuck with up here in Denver. 🙄🏡

P.S. Pretty please drop the price range and square footage in the videos if you can! I religiously watch every single Texas tour living out my future relocation fantasies.

Keep 'em coming! ✨🤠

Beautiful house 😊

Thanks for sharing this ( I am catching up) but the window in the bathroom - does anyone else think they'd be scared to see someone looking in at that window (:glasses-purple-yellow-diamond: )

I have to agree about Texas homes. I’m spoiled forever by them.

I’d prefer the microwave in the island if possible. I can’t reach where they have it safely. Heck, I don’t know if I could reach it, period! And drawers instead of doors on the lowers.

Very nice home.  The patio seemed a little tight.  As someone who loves outdoor living I'd like to see a more extended outdoor living space.  Not sure if this builder does that or not.  It wasn't indicated with your overview of options.

Texas and Utah🏠better inside and out

I love love the entry, but the kitchen color palette is a hot mess.
