It’s been a long time, but Phoenix Fabrications is back! Meet my supercharged, 5-speed 1998 Toyota 4Runner...and join me and my puppy, Cletus, for the start of this next chapter.

In this video, I share why I stepped away, how I got into 4Runners, and the story behind this truck. Then we head out for a walk-around to go over the build and where it’s headed.

The truck features a forged 3.4L 5VZ-FE, a Magnuson TVS1320 supercharger, and a manual transmission. There’s plenty more planned, including drivetrain upgrades, a rear swing-out bumper, rock sliders, underbody armor, and a roof rack.

I kept this one simple: no background music, just the truck, the road, and the sounds of being outside.
