I’ve noticed doing exercises on the hang bar attracts many eyes. I’ve caught women and even men staring after doing pull-ups, muscle ups, hanging leg raises, etc.
Every single word you've said is spot on and I can't agree more after almost 15 years of training consecutively in commercial gyms I've seen it all 90% of people in the gym are not serious they have no structure or follow a specific program let alone having a goal they view the gym as a pastime the phone situation is the worst we all spend time on our phones but not in the gym one should use a stop watch between sets hydrate and prepare for the next set instead of texting or checking Facebook, you wanna take a little picture or film a set every now and then sure I do it too but keeping the main focus of the session on the phone or focusing on filming the perfect angle at 100%😂 I don't call that training that's total waste of time then they wonder why they have no results and they don't look like they lift despite being in the gym for years 😂😂
I see from some of the comments that are posted here that some people just don't get what you are trying to say. Keep on posting girl. You have valuable insight 👍
It's quite amusing how dedicated you are to staying in shape, yet your attention to detail when it comes to evaluating men is truly remarkable. I remember you pointing out how women are always wrapped up in their own business, but now I see you meticulously dissecting men down to the style of their underwear. I've witnessed plenty of women making mistakes, but I choose to keep quiet out of respect. It's rather unflattering when a woman takes to social media to bash men.
Thank you for your perspective. I always adhere to those principles. One of my pet peeves is people who sit at a machine and have a ten minute conversation while I'm waiting to use it. The proper thing would be to use it, wipe it down and move on so I can get a turn. Stay as long as you need to but don't sit there idly talking to your friend
I LOVE your traps. You remind me of Jennifer Hudson for some reason. In regards to leg training i did tear my groin on the belt squat with 855lbs. I used to be a power lifter so strength was a priority on top of muscle building and was also training legs 3 days a week. Its crazy i know but i was attempting to grow my legs from 32 inches up to 35 inches just as a goal. I got to 33.5 inches before i tore my adductor (which attatches at the groin) im 7 months into rehab and now got my legs back to around 32 inches. Taking it slow and smart but hard as i safely can.
