I will say that in the past, you had the contestants actually talk about why they (supposedly) loved a dish, their history with it, etc. That was more fun than just having all the tasters do poker faces and stay silent. (And it's especially hilarious when guests go on and on about how they love a dish, and then retch like Emily does here.)
