To be able to hear this song for the first time again would be a blessing.

This song has been on my playlist for decades.

The whole "Diva" album is jsut as lush and evocative as this single. It's an all-time favorite album for me.

Lennox is an amazing and talented artist, speaking from the heart with vulnerability and genuineness in this song from her solo album. You would probably also enjoy "Walking on Broken Glass."

I listened to this album so many times when it first came out, I hear the opening to the next track in my head at the end.

Annie Lennox is a singer that could sing me a menu and make me cry. She's so good at conveying emotion, her raw vulnerability is stunning.
My dad was a big Eurythmics fan from the beginning so I literally grew up with  Annie singing in the background since the early 80s. She still features heavy on my playlist.

Such a fantastic song as delivered by Annie's beautiful voice. The word "Why' never sounded as great as when she sings it.

3:30 "Wow, what a head-piece"! Yes, it's almost as stunning as Annie's & her vocals.
Annie Lennox is Scottish woman with one of the most beautiful Alto voice's I've ever heard whilst growing up in the 1980's. She sings with a remarkably low, rich, dark & warm tone.
You can't go wrong with any of Annie's songs whether it be with her band The Eurythmics or when she went on to have a very successful solo career!

Love, love, love Annie Lennox. Brilliant voice and her videos are always exactly right for the songs - works of art in their own right.

Another of my personal faves from her solo period is "Money Can't Buy It". 😊

Yeah. Legendary artist and one of the great female singers of our generation. This song was about the break up of her relationship with Dave Stewart her partner in the Eurthymics

80s were simply the best

I appreciate the style of this reaction.... first getting the vibe and the aesthetics of the song, then going back to absorb all the elements slowly, and comment thoughtfully. Very nicely done. Also, gotta say, I've never seen such a beautiful woman in my life, not least because she's kinda strange and unpredictable. That precise moment when you said (rather shyly, but clearly overcome), "Oh, so beautiful, Annie"... yeah... what else can you say?

LEN-NEX (phonetically) …

Great reaction to one of my favorite vocalists of all time.❤️

This reminds me of my first apartment in 1992 and how I played this album over and over at whatever volume I wanted. 😊 Brilliant record and one of those artists who doesn’t fit neatly in any genre. Plus, she’s a really, really wonderful human.
✌️💛

Everything here is perfect. Overall, a fantastic achievement. Impressive.

Wonderful song, wonderful performance.
Annie Lennox is Scottish. Lennox is a historical Scottish clan name 😊 xx

The Eurythmics'' song "I Saved the World Today" is one of their hidden gems.  Annie in both her time in Eurythmics and solo is always brilliant.

Loved Annie since she was in The Tourists.Looked just like my wife when she had short hair.
