A Dark Web Map Took me To Bridgend, Wales

I found a map on the dark web titled "Abandoned, Haunted, Weird, Treasure, Furries" and used it to explore Bridgend, Wales. From Nazi prisoner of war camps to ancient ruined castles and sites of shipwrecks, I tracked down the coordinates to see what I could find..

Part of my Dark Web Map series, where I use coordinates and notes pulled from a dark web map to explore the UK's strangest, darkest, and most obscure locations. This time it's Bridgend County on the South Wales coast: a Cold War bunker, a prisoner of war camp with a famous escape, a medieval settlement buried by sand and a shipwrecking legend most people have never heard of.

Thanks for showing off our beautiful location, shame you didn't find the bunker, it was part of the 8X's. I remember them before they were demolished, big concrete openings going into the hill, fun days of exploring, lol, now demolished but plenty of photo's online. Island Farm, we used to sneak in before they were restored, some of the prisoners of War hid in a cave in woods nearby. Great video, thank you.

The little marker with the crown, and measurements is a literal geographical mapping marker, from whenever it was decided, to make an accurate map of the country. A surveyor's marker left behind. There are plenty all over the place, especially high points.
And yes, I've seen ghosts, and it is quite unnerving, and you ultimately don't believe you saw what you did, for a long time..

Love your videos! Also Broken Heart Syndrome is a real medical condition. If the heart goes through enough physical and emotional stress it can cause the heart muscles to weaken and the heartstrings to get thinner. The heart then struggles to pump blood, which can in extremities, lead to heart failure.

Ghosts. Don't know if I've seen or experienced one but ive had some odd experiences.
Anything from a wreck must be handed in to the Receiver of Wreck and you might be rewarded by the insurers. But nobody says how long you have to hand it in. Its not 2 weeks or 20 years. So people keep the stuff

I live in coity village just outside Bridgend and I used to go inside the 8x's and the nuclear bunker is very close to where you were looking for it, it's back in the direction of Bridgend town so if you ever go back there hopefully you will find it as it still exists. just over the way from the cliff edge at dunraven there's a nudist beach 😂.
