6:20 systematically die to each spike one by one to leave a trail of death markers for future players and reveal the location of the hidden blocks.

Even amongst the worst of humanity’s creations, generosity and fellowship can be found. Brings a tear to the eye.

Sometimes finding the worst level in the game is more of an art than a science, that's why I had to go between different ways to sort them. When Raysfire and I were first looking through this we tried to sort by number of boos, but the most boo'd level turned out to be the most liked level in the game as well, just like a YT like/dislike ratio looking at a video in terms of just thumbsdown alone does not give the full story. So then we looked at boos/likes but then there was the problem that NINTENDO themselves appearantly for some troll level makers decided to reset the number of likes to 0 for this level, which of course messed with the data. Then we finally decided that maybe boos / plays was the way to go, and there were some truly despicable monstrosities in the data!

Just for all who dont know: There is a free Programm that allows you to view every mario maker 2 level. You can see everything! Hidden blocks, what's inside of the blocks, if Boom Boom has a key or not, and so on. Even sub worlds are possible to view
That makes it very simple to find the hidden keys in these terrible levels, it takes legit about 2 minutes and then another 2 minutes to clear the level.
EDIT: The MM2 youtuber PePanga uses that programm, so you can check him out if you wanna see how it looks like.

The fact that DGR is able to handle these types of levels really tells us something

I still think “Find The 3 Keys” is worse than the water one. You have to find each block, but if you die you have to remember where each block was.

Thank you Falc, for wasting your time and pinpointing that last star
A true chad

8:21 That man probably used the program, like the one who gave the answers to the insane pick a path.

A few years ago, I made a terrible level called “Boom Boom’s Castle,” and I put so many powerups in one room I died of laughter watching my brother play it a few weeks ago. 😂😂😂😂

"Wait, wait, wait. Hold on, hold on. I need to not die to booze."
Words to live by.

Panga found a time-limited level where you had to build a bridge (clear con has you hit all) by hitting invisible blocks, except all the blocks could only be hit with a triple jump

7:47 this poor man lost his sanity for the betterment of mankind, he gets my respect

The guy who found the question mark block on the 2nd to last level probably downloaded the level and found out wich one it was.

obviously, you've not ran into bean burrito levels

3:49 some guy left a middle finger and people turned it into pumpkins

Oh, that that's lost levels, because they make you guess, blocks. 5:49

Find the key could be worse if they did it in the Ghost House theme with night mode.

Few reasons why someone would know where things are.  They get lucky,  They waste their time searching, or they use smm2 level viewer.  I doubt someone would waste their time trying to find a key in some of them levels but they could.

1:35 dude i popped into stream and didnt realize what falc was doing at all and still said this, thanks falc for editing me in the video

These levels are exactly why the level viewer was created.
