Entering Gurez Valley For The First Time | Kashmir Road Trip | Episode 1


Our journey to Gurez Valley start from Baramulla. As we continued through the beautiful mountain roads, we passed through Tragbal and Razdan pass. Between Tragbal and Razdan pass, there is also a beautiful Dargah along the route, where we stopped for a peaceful moment before continuing our journey.

After crossing Razdan pass, We finally reached Dawar, Gurez. for our stay, we rented a tent in Dawar, while we had already carried most of our food and other essentials from home.

After reaching Dawar, our first destination was khandyal top. From there, we headed towards Habba Khatoon peak, where we enjoyed beautiful views of the lush valleys and surrounding mountains. After exploring the area, we we returned to Dawar and spend the night there in our tent.

If you are planning a road trip to Gurez, make sure you are well prepared. Keep enough fuel in your vehicle, basic medicines and first-aid, some warm clothes, and snakes with you. since Gurez is a remote destination, carrying the basics can make your journey much easier and more comfortable.

Gurez is not just a destination it's an experience where every turn brings a new view and every moment become a memory.
