It's the summer of 2026 I still love watching this team GO CATS we need #9

Was a ball boy for this game. Great memories!

Hard to believe that AD was like the fifth- highest scorer on this team.
College Player-of-the-Year, but 5th on the team.
He only cared about winning, not scoring.

I remember watching this game thinking it would be Kentucky's toughest test because Baylor actually had the athleticism to match up, especially after Miller hit that three to put them up 10-5.  And then Kentucky went on an unreal clinic the rest of the half!  Still surreal to watch

This was a ballislife fans dream

Terrence Jones was an absolute monster this game, not for scoring lots of points but for being the ULTIMATE teammate! He set up nearly every awesome sequence of this game for Kentucky.

Marcus Teague is my favorite player of the Calipari era for some reason.

Baylor was physically as long and athletic as Kentucky, so this presented an interesting matchup.  However the trio of Perry Jones , Quincy Miller, and Anthony Jones did absolutely nothing until garbage time which was the difference in the game since Kidd Gilchrist and Terrence Jones went crazy.  I felt bad for Quincy Acy who played his ass off and actually neutralized AD in the first half.

I'm happy Scott Drew goes his championship this year. Great coach

When AD went down early in 2nd half I was very nervous about the rest of tournament. That looked bad.

I’m kinda a basketball fan! That year in 2012 Kentucky had a great run in the season and NCAA tournament and Anthony Davis was one of the best or greatest freshman college basketball players of all time.

Kentucky for  Going  8 national  championship   .

I knew Quincy Acy was legit after this game.  Guy was bringing it to AD early on, when Baylor was way outmatched.

Baylor took advantage of a broken bracket - they only had to beat three double-digit seeds (14, 11, 10) to get to this point. Not that there's anything wrong with that since they don't control who wins the other games but they hadn't exactly faced a tough road that would have prepared them for this Kentucky juggernaut.

Love every video

Back when kentucky basketball was kentucky basketball

What do you mean just a hard foul. It was so hard they should have called the police and arrested him for mugging.

One wonders if Kidd-Gilcrest had any idea that he would wind up living in Oklahoma City back in 2012.

I don’t think AD was hurt as bad as he was looking lol 😂 I think he loves the attention 😂 a little bit too
