I'm 65 and just found ATEEZ last Summer (just before, thankfully, getting to see them in concert in Baltimore on July 16th.  I fell HARD for ATEEZ!!!  I decided to do a deep dive, and explored every one of their songs, and watched their MVs and performances.  They are the most diversely talented K-group out there, IMO.  Each a wonderful vocalist, dancer, and visual.  Several can rap.  Their live performances are amazing.  I call them the "Swiss Army Knives" of K-Pop.  I can't recommend strongly enough that you do a deep dive -  you'll be glad you did.  They have so many wonderful songs, it would take up too much time to list all my favorites.  I'll give you several, though:   Answer MV, Inception MV, Turbulence MV, Halazia MV, Cyberpunk (Live, KBS World TV), Wake Up (Live, 2024 World Tour Japan), Utopia (Towards The Light : Will To Power In Japan 4K), Adrenaline MV, NASA (Performance Video), Silver Light.

Thanks for your reaction. Ateez is a group that is super diverse and talented.  You can't go wrong with any of their discography. Jongho is the main vocalist with all the high notes. One of the best vocalists of his generation.
Since you're new to Ateez, maybe start with their debut songs "Pirate King and Treasure, and work your way to the current albums. Or choose from the list of songs you just heard from the Killing Voice. The title tracks are great but the b-sides are amazing as well. Can't wait for more Ateez reactions. 😁

You should definitely dive down the Ateez rabbit hole. It's so worth it ❤️☺️

Sorry to comment again. You keep asking questions and nobody in the comments has answered them yet.  The episodes in their album titles refer to the fact that almost all of Ateez music is part of a huge fictional storyline.  Ateez’s storyline reminds me a bit of anime.  Each time they release new music it is one episode of their story.  Some physical albums even include a “diary” in which you can read the story of that episode, although they also tell the story through their lyrics, music videos, and supplemental short videos where they act.  3-5 episodes 🟰 1 chapter of their story with its own story arc.  Each chapter also has it’s own musical
Flavor that a lot of the time you can tell which chapter a song is from just by how it sounds.  So their album titles start with the name of the chapter it’s from and then include the name of the episode.

Their lore is ridiculously creative and complex. And that really represents how diverse their discography is. “Ice On My Teeth,” “Man On Fire,” “Selfish Waltz,” and “Halazia” show a good range of their music. Basically everyone loves “Halazia” and they didn’t perform it on their last U.S. tour and that was the song people were most disappointed wasn’t included. The MV is really good too!! “The World: Outlaw” is my favorite mini album because it’s the most cohesive. You could seriously make 50 videos about ATEEZ and they’d all be different. This is why the fandom, called ATINY (pronounced Ay-teeny), loves them so much! ATINY is a portmanteau of ATEEZ and destiny because we were destined to find each other. Corny but sweet. And true. They always say ATEEZ finds you when they’re supposed to 😊😊

The last song is very Korean. Many reactors say it sound Egyptian or Middle Eastern, but it’s all Korean instruments. It was the last song they did on Kingdom: Legendary War (Stray Kids were on that show as well)

Guy on far left is Jongho and hes the maknae. Ateez and Skz are actually really close friends and Changbin is besties with Wooyoung (3rd from the left). Youll find alot of Stays are also Atiny (fandom name) and we call ourselves StayTiny.

Ateez have alot of lore and they are pirates (so the leader is called Captain instead of leader). The albums are made in eras thats why they are in parts. The Treasure series, World Series and Golden Hours series for example all have a different flavour of sound which tell a story. Their songs, MVs and tours are all very lore heavy and tell a massive story.

Thank you for reacting to Ateez!  Who are they? (left to right)
Note:  Demon line = offstage they have a softer/laid back vibe, but onstage it is like they are 🔥🔥🔥

1) Jongho - Main Vocalist (and YES he is phenomenal across the board)

2) San - Lead Vocalist, Main Dancer, DEMON LINE 😈

3) Wooyoung - Vocalist, Main Dancer, Visual

4) Yeosang - Performer, Vocalist, Visual

5) Hongjoong - Captain (aka leader), Main Rapper, Producer, Composer, Lyricist, Sub-vocalist, DEMON LINE 😈

6) Yunho - Main Dancer, Vocalist

7) Mingi - Main Rapper, Main Dancer, Lyricist, and now Producer

8) Seonghwa - Vocalist, Sub-rapper, Performer, Visual, DEMON LINE 😈

Ateez will blow your mind over and over. Their title tracks are great but their B sides are golden

This Killing Voice was filmed in June or July of 2024. Since then they have had I believe, 3 mini albums and one full length album come out as well as 2 Japanese albums.  These boys are BUSY. Although Their Captain (Hongjoong) and Mingi (deep raspy voice guy) write all their own raps for every song Hongjoong also usually has both composition and production credits on at least one or two songs on every album, although not as much lately because they are (as I said) busy.  But he did write or produce a couple of songs from this killing voice and also he wrote and produced most of the members solo songs for their July 2025 album Golden Hour: In Your Fantasy.  With the exception of Mingi’s song (which he wrote himself), and Jongho’s song.

Ateez is great thanks for reacting. They debuted in October 2018 but they trained for 2 years before that, some of the members needed vocal lessons or weren't great dancers yet. You can see their early dance videos if you look up KQ fellas.  I would recommend "A complete guide to Ateez 2026" if you are interested and want to join the pirate ship.

I would also recommend watching the music videos for Guerilla, Halazia, Bouncy, Crazy Form, Say My Name, Pirate King, The Real, NASA, and Hala Hala. As someone said you really cant go wrong with any of their songs. They did just released Golden Hour Part 5 in June if you want to react to their new song Bad.

ATEEZ killing voice was a couple of years ago I think - a few more recent ones to recommend: Ice on my Teeth, lemon drop, in your fantasy, adrenaline, Bad xx

they debuted in 2018 and the killing voice was released in 2024! their discography is ginormous

Ateez was not chosen by survival show.  Hongjoong (their captain) sent a demo CD to KQ entertainment hoping to be hired as a producer.  Instead, Hongjoong’s demo inspired KQ to form a new group with Hongjoong at its center.  He trained alone for about 6 months before their next trainee (Yoonho, their main dancer) signed on. The other members were collected one by one, with Yeosang, Jongho, and Wooyoung actually being trainees that were poached from other companies.
