Los cimientos de la iglesia de San Francisco están hechos con bolones sobre arena, que se deslizan y disipan la energía. Esta técnica ya la aplicaban los incas, que algo conocían de sismos 😂.
La teoría de la deriva continental surgió a inicios del siglo XX pero sólo fue aceptada a partir de la década de los 60.
Finalmente, es indivisible hablar de Chile y sismos, ya que el territorio chileno existe por el levantamiento de la placa continental, como evidencia de ello tenemos la cordillera de Los Andes. Sin sismos no hay Chile, así de simple. Un abrazo!

situación .Ingeniero que fue preso y torturado durante el golpe del 73
