TAS (Tool-Assisted Superplay) made with FCEUX 2.2.3, recorded with OBS Studio.
1024 x 896 – 60 fps
64.3 MB
The TAS and recording were done by me.
This is a Tool-Assisted Speedrun/Superplay (TAS; speedrun has the goal of completing a goal as quickly as possible, whereas superplay is any other goal). This allows me to play the game frame-by-frame (a frame is the shortest possible time-frame in a video game, like a frame in a film reel), rewind (e.g. if a series of inputs were to lead me to a Game Over, I can simply rewind and change the series of inputs so that it doesn't happen), and decide what inputs are pressed on each frame (this allows for really quick button presses that would otherwise not be possible by a human player). The final video you see is not me playing in real-time, but rather a playback of specific button presses and combinations (inputs) that I carefully crafted.
