Just realized something. Loremaster said that Lucy attempts to assassinate her twice a week. The character sheets for Demon-Taker says that he's kept under control with an uncontrollable weakness for apple pie. Who ate all the apple pie during the final level, after Demon-Taker was declaring his intention to murder Loremaster? If it wasn't for Justice showing up last-second with more pie, that could have been a successful assassination attempt.

I love the fact that 667's obedient as long as he gets apple pies means that Lucy stuffing her face when he showed up was actually an assassination attempt.

Did anyone else notice that the robot boss guy is actually doing the "Glorious Success" face when shooting his side cannons?

I find it desperately funny how Lucifer's corruption of Azazel completely backfired.

The fact that it’s subject “67” is greatly unfortunate

Funny how after all this time Azazel still denies being a Fallen Angel

Fun fact: the official comics heavily foreshadowed this.

(Spoilers) basically Azazel noticed her hair turning gray and she starts worrying about if she caught an illness. The other demons let her know that she's probably started falling like Lucy and judgement. Azazel says that fallen angels are just a myth and shrugs it off. She then starts growing horns and packs her bags saying that she needs to get this sickness looked at. Lucifer then tells her that growing horns and a tail would aid her into blending into demon society so she can study them. Azazel, being naive believed her and fell

So basically this is all Lucifer's fault

Vanripper woke up one day thinking "not enough stylish demon waifus in suit" and finished the job himself. Now he has a huge ass fanbase all the way to Japan, with full lore, what a legend.

azazel’s looking a little different then when we last saw her-

It's a bit karmic since in in the comics, both Justice and Lucy encouraged Azazel to become a demon.

I love the fact that the innocent-looking curious angel appears to be an actual and powerful demon in the future
p.s. I can't have enough of this gorgeous and cute art-style

My rat is named Lucifer, and every time Lucy was said, he looked up. Thanks for unintentionally making the rat feel loved.

When you already see all the people with their "first" and feel disappointed in humanity

"Please forgive me, im clearly running out of good ideas" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? THIS IS GOLD!

More Helltaker with Lucifer as a maid? 11/10

Seeing Lucifer's gap moe - ∞/10

[SPOILERS FOR THE VIDEO] as soon as Loremaster said she was an angel, I immediately thought she was Azazel. with her name being Loremaster and then her describing what she did, I was even more convinced.
thank for adding the concept art in the end that basically confirms that! it's cool to see how she's changed.

I can already feel artists drawing comics of loremaster already...

"You remind me of a man I once knew, I wonder how he is doing those days." Hits me right in the guts.

I knew that Vanripper had a plan from the Helltaker comics! Lucy, this is your fault this happened!
