Marvel has had issues with queerbaiting in the past. It's only getting worse.

Marvel can say there was no homoerotic subtext but thankfully, I got two functional eyes and common sense

Marvel has straight up used the “falling on top of the other” trope with a BUNCH of their other couples like Natasha/Bruce, like shot for shot, lingering stares and everything, but suddenly it’s not supposed to be romantic when it’s Sam/Bucky??? Make it make sense

It seems like Bucky has a thing for people who’s names start with S-

The "he's not my partner" scene sounded a lot like a "he's not my boyfriend" scene from a romcom.

“1 in 6 Gen Z adults are LGBT. And this number could continue to grow.” I love how they say this, it made me laugh so hard, like lives are being threatened.

No they’re not gay, they’re just dating and married and sleep together, but not in a gay way

I think everyone is missing the Sebastian Stan effect. He literally has homoerotic sexual tention with all of his male co-stars. Go back and look at any of his films.

The worst part about queerbating is the fact that after they do that, companies gaslight the fan base and call them "crazy" or tell them "they're looking too much into it"

Don't worry guys. Once Marvel adds the Young Avengers to the MCU, they can't possibly hide LGBTQ+ representation from us anymore, right?....RIGHT?

@fatimaduartevazquez5299 5 years ago

If the field scene would have happened between a man and a woman NO ONE would ever doubt that those two would end up together at some point

"Bucky was looking at men's dating profiles... Or he's a furry."

Bucky: *looks into Sams eyes, goes to couples therapy, says he’d move in with Sam.
Marvel: Just a couple of dudes being guys
Bucky: *says hello to female
Marvel: I hear wedding belllsssssss

@elias-ng3di 5 years ago

They literally go to couples therapy and your gonna tell me theyre straight??

@jobeiden 5 years ago

i hope there's a 25 minute analysis of the therapist scene

"queerness only exists as an interpretation that could never come to fruition, but it's an interpretation to capitalize on" BEST EXPLANATION EVER

instead of Stucky, I vote to call it Starbucks

and I do not take criticism

This is not original I saw it on tumblr but

Captain America is not the shield, the spirit, or anything like that
It’s whoever Bucky Barnes has the hots for at the moment

When Marvel did that “Bucky might be bisexual you just need to keep watching“ thing, I knew that we were about to be queer baited and I was annoyed that they thought they had to. Like we are fully prepared to be queer baited you don’t have to pull this extra shit. We are invested whether or not you try honey.
