What a pleasant way to spend half an hour sitting with my feet up in the sunshine having a coffee while having a break from DIY, watching my friend produce a lovely bowl.  I used to be indecisive but now I’m not so sure 😎🌞

That swirling vortex down on the bottom is just incredible!

Holm oak is stunning and for having been left outside it has survived beautifully.  I wish my logs did.  I'm glad you kept the wings since the pattern and colours on them are a fantastic contrast.  Great turning as always

William, I truly am inspired to become a better turner by watching you work!!  Thank you!!🙏

Man when you opened that log up it was like Christmas Day.  So much color and figure everywhere. Great shape choice to really show it off.  Bravo!

Thanks Will, another beautiful piece but also gives me ideas and hope for some pieces of oak I have lying around.

Wonderful features on that bowl. I’m feeling inspired to go find a piece of weathered timber and see what I can turn. Well done!
