Today we're discussing the case of 'The Perfect Neighbor'. This is the tragic case of Susan Lorincz shooting AJ Owens through her front door. Susan claimed AJ was knocking at her door and caused her extreme fear - enough to want to shoot her. Things don't line up though - maybe even to the point where this should have been 1st or 2nd degree murder. You'll see in her interrogation video that her answers don't really align with reality.

The saddest part was hearing the kids give statements saying that they felt like it was their fault for a complaining to their mom. This woman should rotten prison for the rest of her life.

She definitely did her research by quoting "reasonable and prudent." The detectives came in hard right off the bat and I think that raised her guard.

There’s a body cam of Susan complaining to police and when the officer steps back to talk to a neighbor Susan starts yelling that the officer is trespassing. She was/is a wild, hateful woman.

This was 1000% premeditated. She been planning this since like the 3rd call to the cops. Her whole tone changed. She was no longer trying to get the cops to intervene. She was creating evidence for her future defense.

I watched her “interrogation.” She was obviously thinking that being an old white woman in Florida would ensure them agreeing with her and thinking it was justified.

She solved her problem. She now lives in a very noisy jail - likely for many years. She will be cured of worrying about kids play noise.

If it was premeditated or a possibility in her mind, it's very concerning to me that her first call was reporting that she was fearing for her life from kids screaming outside. Was she consciously willing to shoot a kid??

She certainly wasn't concerned about whether there was a kid within her line of shot on the other side of the door.

My neighbors is a single mom. I take them food all the time. And in return they look out for me. Once I had the flu. In bed flu. My neighbor calls and said hey you have not opened your blinds in two days. You ok?
