LinkedIn just replaced its algorithm, and most people have no idea.

All these social media platforms are just playing with the public. They keep us busy, constantly pulling us along, saying ‘we’re changing this’ or ‘we’re changing that,’ but really, it’s just a distraction. When their businesses struggle, they give you a boost; when they succeed, they take away the reach. It’s all just a manipulative game, designed to squeeze money out of users, making them dance every step of the way.

I noticed with mine. Generic work related post don't go for me. They don't perform that well. It's all about storyteling; Educate, awareness about a subject, valueble about your own experience.

Actually, last year in early 2025 LinkedIn's algorithm changed and the reach went down for most; but top creators were performing better than ever. Now it's time to adapt again

The biggest shift I’m seeing is how content is being evaluated more like “value + clarity + relevance” rather than just reach or consistency. Those who adapt their format early are definitely gaining the advantage.

I was a top linkedin-er at one point. It got so boring and overblown like fb. It really strayed from a clean space to bloated with sellers, and rubbish excess

It's very obvious that most people do not care about your story. They care only about what's in it for them. Maybe as time goes on, and you create more and more value, your personal story becomes valuable to those who follow.

Yeah, I’m seeing such a difference. I only come up in the feeds of certain people now I can comment. I’m commenting everywhere and my friend never sees my feeds.
