That entire corridor will look very different in the next 20 years. Good to keep the train elevated. Fast and efficient.

Surrey/Langley looks like a hellhole! Agree? I'm doubtful that they can turn it into something better just by adding an absurdly expensive metro to their car-centric sprawl.
