Today, I went camping and grilled some fish over charcoal.
The fish I prepared were rockfish, threadfin bream, and Korean rockfish.

Fish slowly grilled over charcoal tastes completely different
from eating it at home, doesn’t it?
Listening to the sizzling sounds and watching the smoke rise,
even waiting by the fire felt rather enjoyable.

It was Christmas, and it was snowing, so the weather was quite cold.
However, sitting by the fire and enjoying delicious food,
I forgot about the cold and just kept eating

There were no extravagant decorations or big events,
but that simplicity made it even nicer.
Sitting quietly by the fire and enjoying good food,
the whole day felt wonderfully happy.

With a new year just around the corner,
