Thank you for watching [2ch How We Met History].
This story is about a 32-year-old man who was the top performer in the entire company at the main branch of an electronics retailer.
His success in a major project was almost stolen by the assistant manager, and when the lie was exposed, the resentful assistant manager manipulated the situation and transferred him to a rural branch with no customers.
The only customers were elderly people looking for massage chairs.
Monthly sales didn't even reach a single day's worth of sales at the main branch.
Nevertheless, he and a female employee from the same store began visiting houses in the town one by one.
What I wanted to depict in this video is the question, "Where can someone who has been driven out of their place find fulfillment?"
Demotion isn't the end; it can also be the entrance to meeting people who need you.
I depicted this through his interactions with the people of the rural town.
■ What this story teaches us
The more expensive the purchase, the more people hesitate, wondering, "Which one should I choose?" and "Can I use this?" The reason it's not selling might not be because people don't want it, but because there's no one to take that extra step and give them a push.
Listening to people's problems and getting into their lives is the complete opposite of high-pressure selling.
Towards the end, the unexpected connection between the assistant manager who drove the protagonist away and this town is revealed.
Pay attention to the regret of a certain family that has been kept hidden in their hearts for so long.
This is a must-see for anyone who has ever felt frustrated by an unfair transfer or evaluation.
