Да, он манипулятор, но он умеет располагать к себе людей, дает чёткие и понятные указы, идет на встречу при необходимости (сначала намекнул Уолтеру что нужно делать, потом разрешил Джесси и дальше караулить Брока в больнице)
Да, Гус не терпит отказов и всегда добьется своего, но он в меру гуманен. И я уверен, что если бы я работал у него в закусочной и решил, вдруг, уволиться, то он бы не стал меня удерживать, а поблагодарил за работу и сохранил бы хорошие отношения.
