now im just waiting for some damage and kevs response of "ITS GETTING IT NOW!" 🤣🤣

Instructors have different ways of breaking the "first solo" news. Mine was a crafty guy. We had been doing circuits for about 40 minutes and he said to come to a full stop on the next circuit and bring it back to the hangar. Just as we got off the runway he looked at his watch and said "We've time for one more, taxi down to the hold point". When we got to the hold point he said "By yourself now, one circuit, just like the last one then back to base" then he opened the door and just walked off. I had no time to worry or fret :). First solo - it only happens once and it's a memorable thing. Keep up the good work Kev.

Well done Kevin on your first solo take off and landing....just buy the best aerial Electronics GPS for your airplanes and just familiar yourself with all your surroundings and always plot your course

What a great instructor! Calmly saying exactly what you need to hear. 🤝 top fella.

Well done Kev. Here in the states. After you complete your solo, your instructor takes your shirt & writes your name & solo date on it & hangs it on the wall of the instructors office. So everyone can see it. My father-in-law owned 2 FBO’s & a flight school as well as a maintenance shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The name of the airport is Double Eagle II. I soloed in a Cessna 172 in 1993.

Proud of you Kev! Greg seems like an awesome guy and a great teacher.

5:06 "he's just got to bring it down again" THAT'S the easy part gravity will take care of that lol.....getting down in 1 piece tho, that's a whole different story! hahaha

AWESOME Kevin! I'm inspired! 🤘

Take off's are optional, landings are mandatory! Congrats!

3 million subs let’s go dude good job🎉

I remember how scared yet excited I was on my first solo. It was such a great experience.

That was mint mate!, well done on your first solo flight!... we really like Greg too!, he's Top Geezer!

We had a Bronco TRX and now Thanks to Kevin, I got my Grandson an XMaxx for his 7th birthday.  I did not know what I was getting myself into.  My Grandson is one of those guys on the jobsite thats “Hard on equipment”.  We break it every time at the local skate park….The Xmaxx now has almost every upgrade available.    A little expensive and time consuming fixing it but totally worth it with the kid!  Thanks Kevin!

That`s what I like to see someone wiling to share their toys ie your plane. Your instructor seemed to have time of his life, good luck with rest of getting your licence

GO KEVIN👌🏾❤️

Love the Plane episodes!!!!

I absolutely love that you are at a place in life where you can just decide to become a pilot and buy yourself a plane because that is the most convenient way to visit friends and family. Good for you Kev!

Props to your instructor, taking all that G's without muttering.

Well done Kev, amazing mate, keep these plane videos coming !

Congrats, that’s a big step forward 😎
