A month bikepacking through Ecuador. After nearly a year cycling through the more densely populated Central America & Colombia, Ecuador marked a shift in my journey south as I was able to get out into some big, open wilderness areas once again. In this episode I try to find my feet wild camping again, which doesn’t prove as seamless as I thought. I hope you like it!

There is something really amazing about you, Greg, that seems to attract people with huge amounts of love for you. On the road, you meet such beautiful people. But also in this channel, I have seen so many people (including me) in the comments who genuinely think about you regularly and are stoked when you reappear after months. Caught this 18 seconds after you uploaded. I've watched every entry in the series.

This is one of the best true-to-life adventures ever put to film. You've shown us sights and vistas so grand and beautiful that it's hard to believe they exist. You've shown so many little interactions with so many wonderful people; you're showing people proof that there is good in the world, plentiful and in every corner of the globe. But you don't paint a biased, rose-tinted picture; you also include the hardships and struggles, that these amazing moments need to be earned. Every moment in this series is breathtaking, heartwarming, tense, or everything all at once.

Thank you so very much for giving us a glimpse into one of the most incredible journeys ever undertaken. Stay safe, friend. And keep living your life to the fullest.

Wow, I live in the town of El Ángel. Really fun to see my town and the nature reserve at the start of the video. I see 1-2 cyclists making the route each week, so it's nice to actually find a video of someone doing the route now!

It is such a hard challenge to ride so far but throw in the additional painstaking challenge of stopping and setting up your camera dozens of times a day every day and night to film your adventure is a huge effort, thank you for your hard work and effort

As someone a few months into my own bikepacking trip, being able to watch this is really healing something in my heart that I think was breaking along the road. An understanding of why I keep going.
