So someone offered to donate a huge sum to the Cancer Awareness Trust if Robert would sing Stairway -- and he did. First time in sixteen years. What a class act, and a very heartfelt performance. Beautiful moment.

What a class act Robert is for doing this for Andy and patients suffering with cancer. ❤️

Being a Zep fan for 50 years, I can never tire of this song. And bravo to Robert to accept the fact that he can no longer hit the notes at the end of the song, and so improvised with a beautiful slowed down version. That would have actually sounded good 50 years ago too. Thank you Robert and Andy. Prayers to both for good health.

3 years of battling same cancer (prostate cancer with metastasis/stage 4). It is extremely uplifting to see someone that has been through the treatment experiences we share and have the strength to be performing so well  up on the stage again. You give me hope and inspiration to keep fighting everyday. Thank you Andy Taylor.

Robert rocked in the 70's now he's rocking in his 70's

Robert's a class act who keeps evolving as a musician. It's great to see him still around and still relevant. No plastic surgery and no autotune. Well done, Percy!

Haters just drive me crazy. One guy is dying from cancer and the other is 75. Its a benefit in a little venue.  What the hell do you want!! This was awesome!!!

Considering Andy's fight for his life, the ages involved here and the song is his, they have a right to play it anyway they want. Did you expect it to sound like the record?  ❤ Just the fact that they did this is epic🎉

Total respect for Sir Robert Plant 👍

Thanks for the song and donation for cancer!! Robert Plant is legendary!

It never gets old. I get the same goosebumps I got 50 years ago when I was 17. We all climb our own Stairway to Heaven.

Robert Plant is bringing back a memory of days that have passed on. He's not 23 anymore. You can't expect it to sound like it did then. He wrote the lyrics. I love this song. God bless you Robert. You are a talent from the 70"s that will always resonate in my heart. ❤

Anyone else here just to soak up the sight and sound of Andy performing again?

Wow, that was so amazing to hear! 🙂 Robert sounded really good and huge props to the lead guitar player for nailing Page's guitar solo and not winging it!

There you have it. After all these years, one of the few guys on earth  who wouldn't get thrown out of a music store for performing stairway to heaven.

Who the hell is saying this sounds bad? I mean for what it is, it sounds amazing!

For being in his late 70's Robert Plants high range isn't as it used to be. But man he is still kicking ass in his lower range, for almost 80 I'm very impressed

So great to see Andy not only still with us, but performing!

This song will never get old for me. Hearing Robert sing it one more time at age 75.. in a version that is well suited to his voice range now.. is such a treat! Not to mention that it is for a noble cause..  Bravo!!
