I love how they do a little celebration and then have to lock in and hit a drift

Waluigi undoubtedly has the best one. It already stands out because he's hitting way more poses than other characters, but it also just does the best job at communicating his personality. I mean, its flashiness just underscores how much of a braggart and try hard he is. That and the sheer ecstasy he has in this animation makes him look pretty unhinged and that he's totally entrapped in revelling his victory, which conveys that he's hyper-competitive and values winning more than the average person. The fact that he punctuates each word of "I'm the best" with a pose also makes the phrase more meaningful - when other characters say "I'm the best" it feels really generic and like the devs just put it there because the character has to say something, but the fact that the sentence is actually integrated into Waluigi's victory animation makes it feel more genuine, like he actually wholeheartedly believes it. This the only winning animation that manages to express so many of the character's flaws, and I think that's pretty special.

Rosalina’s been getting progressively happier since her debut. She can officially cool it.

“Bowsy Bowsy” I love that Junior says that. Also, I think this is the closest he’s ever referred to himself as Bowser.

Y’know, I used to wonder how the characters were still steering while celebrating, but the new additions have made me realize they just steer these things with their minds.
