I love how you did this. My dream is to have one book, one place to keep things for a year, but I always feel like I either don't have enough room or there's too much room...as I'm a pretty boring person. I'm new to your channel but would love to see how you "decide" where to put things before they go into your Weeks, etc. If you've done a video like that before, sorry to bring it up again, and would love to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks for sharing all of this! Gives me lots to think about.

I tried using separate planner/journals this year, but I think I'd be better off keeping everything in one. So my plan for next year is to get a Sterling Ink Common Planner in A6, and put it in my Yumi Kitagishi cover. That way I can have planning, tracking, memory keeping, brain dumps, a little bit of commonplace book, all together. If I start feeling like I need to separate out any of those, I'll do that later in the year. For now, I'm planning to do it all in one.

loved the video!☺ i love having a catch all planner 😇This year that was my hobonichi weeks as well. It's such a great size and even when it chunks up it still fits in any bag i own. I do plan on giving different planners and notebooks different jobs lol next year. I hope going that route can allow my journaling/planning time to feel more zen and easily organized.

I love your layouts in your hobonichi mega. I think that’s where I struggle I like the weeks. I tried it in the beginning of 2026, and after a few weeks I struggled with what type of layouts I wanted and than when I tried a layout I felt like it wasn’t looking as “aesthetic” as I was seeing online. I need a planner to memory keep but also track plans like vacations/trips/appointments/dog events but also track deadlines for school and work and I feel like the weeks I quite small to write in I don’t have the best handwriting and I struggle with writing small

Oh! I love this! I love how you split the page in two and then have those stickers for the days. Such a cool idea love the way it looks. I just bought the stickers. I have a Patricia Nash agenda that I want to start using. It's a beautiful floral one that matches a purse I have. It uses a compact A5 size pages. I can put the weekly calendar in the front and then have a section for my journal. I like her calendar she makes for it. I like how it's organized. It has morning and afternoon sections for each day. I love the idea that it's small and then it has rings so if I make a mistake I can just take out the page and insert a new one or add things into it. I also like the A5 moleskins because they're slick and small, easy to fit in my tote bag. I just love how it feels. I like that they they give you options for pages that are around $200 and then another expanded version with 400 plus pages. I use the smaller ones when I'm out and about.

Hi … I love your advice . I pray that 2027 I can stick to one planner or two the most . Cuz ATM I have several and they all stay incomplete because then I feel like it’s so much work. So I got my new Hobonichi weeks 2027 and I’m gonna do my best to make that my number one plan along with maybe a memory keeping one that I could add pictures. Everytime I see a new planner cute and colorful I want it . lol thank you for sharing your ideas.

I use mainly one journal for everything. I do have a 2nd one for traveling. But that's all I can keep up with. I've bought one for Common Place but haven't started it yet.

I decided myself to get a regular Moomin weeks for 2027, because the Mega doesn't have the design I wanted. I just bought a set of Hobonichi weeks-sized notebook that I'll attach at the back of my weeks.
