The princess stole my childhood sweetheart and betrothed me to a fat prince!] The princess stole my childhood sweetheart, and the emperor, seeing how pitiful I was, betrothed me to the sixth prince. But the sixth prince was a little fatso! Years later, I never expected that the sixth prince would have slimmed down and become the crown prince.

THE AUDACITY OF THAT MAN TO ASK HER TO BE HIS CONCUBINE 😒

This story is built on common sense, love isn't enough as seen in those women and man .

IMO the princess is more suited to Xu Minglang. She seems closer to him by age. Besides, the younger girl thinks he's like a father to her.

I feel like the only person in this whole story that was wrong was that guy who was taken in by general for fl cause he was ungrateful and alr engaged even if he didn’t like her he should’ve said something cause if wasn’t taken in he would’ve never met the princess, he was an ungrateful brat.

Maybe ppl should just use AI to generate stories but actually do a live action implementation of this 😣 It's a choppy execution, but the story potential is definitely there. It's a nice coming of age story that's rarely covered in vertical shorts. There's always the childhood sweethearts but not coming of age. No real empathy for Xu Minglang since girls are often groomed to be future brides but unlike him, they don't get the choice of being acknowledged as having been put in an unfair position. Unlike for girls, it's not like he would've had to have competed with other husbands and concubines as the general's daughter would've stayed with one husband.

They actually replace a rock with an actual gem this time.

Thank you for the story, but... Gosh that music was beyond annoying, going on an endless loop for half an hour. I barely made it to the ending despite a great storyline. Please consider your background music next time, ok? Sorry and thanks again.

Honestly, if the ex didn’t want her back , that would be good . The ex was 10years older , didn’t approach the princess by his own will , only does after fl told him too. Also maybe the palace change him , I doubt people really respect a prince consort who doesn’t have a strong backing , life in the place may make him think of the fl simple but happy home

Turns out fl got the better husband after all. Her first fiance kinda turned into a scumbag. While chubby prince turned out loyal. While one couldn't wait for her the other did until she was completely comfortable. Empress raised a good one there.

Really sweet story! The first fiance was gross, goes to show you that you cant even trust men who literally watch you grow from a baby. He shouldve felt something like brotherly or fatherly love for her.

13:24 Ahahaha 😅😂🤣

I love how her father dotes on her.

The chubby prince became the hot prince ooohh!

The 2nd prince became crazy. Well, it wasn't farfetched considering his situation.

And her betrothed before is so shameless! After leaving her behind, now he wants to have her as his concubine?! Dream on! Good that they didn't end up together. He's selfish!
