Spain needs rain indeed but rhe last 2 weeks in UK have been dry mostly, which has been a welcome break for us as we are waterlogged, didnt and even get a summer!!
I reckon there will be another bout of precipitation again soon, and most of the UK will get it if the cold air sticks around
