My therapist was actually the only person that told me i should exercise. Not even for physical health, but for mentals. It did help a lot.

😂😂😂😂😂 "in a million years they are going to find her still locking in" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 you are hilarious. Keep shining bright ✨️

She’s a dopamine addict …the views, the comments, then the eating of all the sugar, greasy fatty foods, take out …just constantly getting dopamine all day she needs to put the phone down and detox

When she said I know there's no fiber or protein then said blah blah blah, just shows how really serious she is about it.

Controversy gets attention… that’s why content creators like reviewing her. She is doing this for clicks and views. She’s a Temu version of Amberlynn Reid.

She's locking in but never makes a single meal (other than eggs) at home, only eats those microwave food, and always eats two of everything

She has to really want it. I got so sick of being fat and getting diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes was a wake up call. If she really wants to be smaller, she’ll put in the work.

My parents pulled me aside and had a  loving but firm conversation with me. They told me that if had kept eating like how Dani is, I’d end up not only obese but I’d have diabetes and many other health problems. That happened last year and have been locked in since. Lost lots of weight and currently working on gaining muscle. My friends have even noticed my weightloss. NO EXCUSES DANI

The crazy thing about Danie is the fact that she is almost 6'1 " tall.
Most people watching her don't realize how tall she is; Dani is always up close to the camera and there is nothing to reference her true height.
That 1st video where she is next to the doorway gives you a clue; look how close she is to the top of the doorway and she's probrably not even wearing any shoes and she is still tall.
That's why Danie looks vissaly better than all other Muk's on tiktok; she's is not one of those 5 foot tall muk.
Tall people can be at maintenance at 2200-2400 calories a day.
I'm 6'1; that's my maintenance level.
Danie only needs to eat the max calories level for a smaller person of around 1700c per day and she will lose weight.

FYI Danie is 6 feet tall so yes, she carries her weight well due to being tall, but she is still obese!

Mashie I love your videos 🥲. I started my weight loss journey back in January and lost 67 lbs so far. Sending love from Texas!

I'm convinced that Dani has no actual intention of making a positive change - honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if she exaggerated her WIEIADs to make herself seem even less healthy.

Because she can see the attention she gets from "failing" at healthy eating and she just keeps leaning into the things that people make fun of her for, like the dead-eyed stare and the perpetual locking in.

16:16 "you've been locking in since the beginning of time" 💀🤣 i started watching your videos last month and lost 17 pounds since then, 30 pounds away from my goal, watching these helps, subscribed 💗

Love when you upload I watch after my morning walk... I'm down 43 lbs and your videos keep me in check

The pink desk chair in combination with the pink tray in front of her made me think she was sitting in a giant baby high chair for some reason. 😅

This girl can have someone in her face everyday telling her to lock in and she would still be locked out... omygosh

Danie doesn't need to "lock in" all she needs to do is make small, easy changes and let the effects accumulate. That's what I've done, and I've lost 13 kilos. Still a long way to go, but my eating habits have changed significantly. Small changes. Continuous improvement.

. . . And legend has it that Danie is still locking in to this very day.

Let's be real danie has never ACTUALLY locked in in her entire life 😅

Ironically Mashi also ATE and left NO CRUMBS, like our gorl dani
