I am 76 and was diagnosed with AFIB after a adverse reaction to a Pfizer Covid Booster Vaccination.
Pfizer pulled off the biggest fraud, scam, con in history.

You left out keeping electrolytes regulated.

And don't forget about diet and the fact that vagus nerve, when irritated, can also cause arrhythmia. So, in many cases curing the gut cures the heart related issues.

It comes on from dehydration for me

I'm surprised you did not include electrolytes, especially Magnesium and Potassium and the role they may play in Atrial Fibrillation

I am a 76 year old retired dentist. I started showing symptoms of afib in my late 40's and suffered through it for many years. I had ablation surgery for atrial flutter in 2006 which didn't do much. I am a lifetime exerciser but I was still almost 30 pounds overweight. In the last 10 years I lost the 30 pounds by giving up alcohol, sugar, gluten and processed foods while continuing to exercise regularly. In December 2019 I realized I had not been in atrial fibrillation for a while and this regular sinus rhythym continued until December 2023 when I felt like I went into afib for a couple of hours. I was under a lot of stress from family problems and I had missed my medication of 10 mg of flecainide (2x/day) and 3.25 mg of carvedilol (2x/day) for 2 mornings in a row. I have not had any symptoms since that short episode so it has been four and a half years where I have felt like the curse had been lifted from my life. Lifestyle changes are sooo important.

Overeating and trapped gas always causes AFIB in me I have found fasting or eating smaller meals helps keep it away

I am 80 years old, female.
I was diagnosed with Afib a year ago, only saw an A& E doctor, who just sent me home on blood thinners, I’m not nor ever have been overweight, I am not diabetic, no further appointments made.
I won’t take the blood thinners, I take garlic, cinnamon, Tumeric, Omega 3, all these supplements thin the blood and are anti oxidant and anti inflammatory.
I have an hiatus hernia but they ignored that, and my sleep apnea.  
I’m in U.K. and I only saw an A & E doctor, no cardiologists, no future appointments, we just don’t get to see them on the NHS anymore.

Stress was my trigger for afib.
Also havey meals caused pvc.
Lifestyle is a key.

In my personal encounter with atrial fibrillation, I learned that stress, incorrect posture, and neck problems were impacting my Vagus nerve, leading to a disruption in signals to the sinoatrial node and resulting in irregular heartbeats. By improving my posture through specific neck and back exercises, the issue was resolved. To prevent posture-related complications, refrain from downward phone glances or maintaining an improper eye level with your computer. Seek guidance from a physiotherapist to correct your posture for long-term resolution of the problem.

I'm 74 y/o, I developed A Fib in my late 40's. From the time I was early 20's I followed a very healthy life style. Ate mostly veggies, fruit, fish and some turkey never red meat or processed food . Never smoked ,drank or did drugs(I'm a retired a pharmacist) Exercised 5-7 hrs/week (running, weights, rowing). Developed A Fib, kept up with my exercise routine until early 50's. Had an ablation done with sotalol, helped some what but not perfect. Stopped the sotalol, cardio-converted put on propafenone 225mg TID , had only one attack(lasted for 1/2 hr) approx 4 yrs ago , been free of attacks for 15 yrs +. Still continue same lifestyle , not as much exercise BUT had a very caring and wonderful E.P. Thank God for him. There is no easy cure and it DOESN'T go away without treatment and lifestyle changes

I'm 77. I have been a model of lifestyle medicine for nearly 60 years, vegetarian or vegan diet, yoga, exercise, etc. Four months ago a cardiologist tested, and called me, "a healthy young man." My cholesterol numbers were the best he has ever seen without medication, ABI of 1.4. A few weeks ago at the gym, working hard, I noticed arrhythmia. Doctor gave me a monitor. At the gym I got the heart pumping hard, and when I stopped to take my pulse it was racing chaotically. I'm waiting to talk to cardiologist again.

I have had Afib for about 12 years.  I was around 60 when it started and I am now 72.  Never once, in all those years did my doctor tell me about lifestyle changes!  He said, "Eat right and exercise," just as a general comment to anyone with anything, but never mentioned the profound effect lifestyle changes could have on my Afib. I am not overweight and I exercise regularly, anyway, so my Afib was manageable for the first 8 years, but now after four ablations, I finally found a doctor who said to eliminate sugar, lower my salt intake, make sure I get sleep, and control my stress with meditation, etc.  It makes all the difference! ALL THE DIFFERENCE!  I recommend the book, 'The Afib Cure,' by Dr. John Day.  Dr. Day has changed my life.

I had Afib with a ablation that did not help.  I take potassium and magnesium . Have the odd flutter now and then. But all good.
If you take blood pressure tablets be careful, some deplete potassium and magnesium.

There are some instances where lifestyle choices won't help. Ask me how I know. I've had 2 ablations now and about 3 cardio versions. Doctors still don't understand how to treat women with afib.
