Manchester United are reportedly already discussing new deals for Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw — but is this really good news? 👀

Are INEOS securing key players, or taking the cheap option instead of moving players on and making the big signings United need? 🔴

Both Martinez and Shaw will have long spells out all season and maybe out all season once the games come thick & fast.Its an absolute joke to offer new contracts to both players who are plagued by injury.Ineos going the cheap route again and it’s just not good enough.This is why they wanted Carrick in he won’t complain .

The motto of the club for over a decade, cheaper to keep the average player than to go out and buy another player, especially when the fan base will expect a top player. We need new ownership and that includes ridding ourselves of the Rat.

Yoro has played 55 games but hasn't had a chance ?

@andy.w4086 1 hour ago

I agree with you Adam mate ,we need to get shut of all four or even 5 of them

I don't mind new contracts but as a backup and not as a starter

Agree Adam, get rid of all the old guard, fresh start, no excuses!!

The board talking about defensive rebuild next season, but they haven’t done the midfield rebuild properly imo. Those players we've got last season are not game changing midfielders. Even Baleba is not convincing. The board is all about getting bargains. They do have vision and ambition, but only to get in European competition, not to be Premier League winner.

Haaa! I said, when they said next summer will be rebuild of defence, it would be re-signing players and buy 1 or 2 new players.

Can you imagine Sir Alex giving new contracts to the players like Shaw, Martinez… he kicked out players 10 times better than them to improve the squad. Ineos are not looking for better… they want cheaper. The standards at this club have dropped through the floor. I don’t even get excited for the games we are playing anymore. We hired manager on the cheap, we’ve done last transfer window on the cheap. This club and its supporters have been taken to the cleaners by this ownership of leaches.

Need to play yoro every game give him the chance

You dont get rid of Licha, you get rid of shaw, maguire and dalot then you recruit.

When news of a new contract coming from Pete O’Rourke just makes me think twice.

@miguelpelaezcomez 34 minutes ago

100% agree with not renewal of contracts.. we need to move on with the old guard.. if we don't we will not progress as we are rewarding failures...

A majority of the teams in the Premier have better defences than Utd, moreover, they have better cohesion, more belief and far more desire to succeed.

As far as City are concerned its like the Titanic hitting the iceberg , going down

@brettfrancis7246 2 hours ago

Carrick needs to wake up and clear things players out or they will cost him he job

@leemead4767 3 hours ago

Cant play possession based football with Dalot in the team ... the bloke struggles to pass wind 💨

Morning Adam sorry I couldn't catch the show live I just want you to have my say after I'm catching up on the show.
Shaw - out
Martinez -out
Dalot - out
Harry -out
Maz - out
That is the only way that we do a defensive rebuild because otherwise it's going backwards not going forward and if this desperate clown show of a football club give any of these idiots another contract it simply says we have a losers mentality Adam we don't want to win we are just going to give the impression we are trying to do so.
