Ultimate loophole: Everywhere in game is part of a Bethesda game so really you're just looking for a place to crash.

In this scenario codsworth is the equivalent of the old broom u bring to every new apartment instead of replacing it

Early in the video, during the rules explanation, someone in chat said "Shaun is not being sent to college"
But Shaun is literally the head of an institution that evolved from a college. Shaun not only went to college, he became the head of said college

this run definitely WAS everything it was chalked up to be

1:01:49 I love this set piece because it's obvious that they thought whatever their fight was about was incredibly important. Enough to risk their jobs over. Enough to risk even prison for killing someone. And yet... they both died in that pose. They died fighting each other, and neither won anything. I feel like that's a very powerful message

3:14 using lore to determine apartment status sounds so fucking fun! Like it sounds great as a mechanic and all that, but having a reason to incorporate lore like that just sounds genuinely fun

Hey Joov, thank you for feeding me my fallout 4 slop. It's nice to see you back with my favorite content

Lexington isn't bougie but it's known for having an exceptional public education system, lots of historical landmarks, and a lot of banks and realty offices. The overwhelming majority of housing is single-family homes, and residents are usually families with parents who commute. There are some recent endeavors into lower-income housing and whatnot but it is in no way a place to go apartment hunting.

I say this as someone who grew up there, so very cool to see you taking even a momentary interest in it!

You gotta do a “Surviving Fallout as a Streamer” playthrough. Where you play survival Fallout 4 and stream Morrowind to survive. Maybe red yeti can make a mod where NPCs can “donate” caps to you while you play Morrowind with the No Pause mod. Gotta deal with hunger, sleep and food needs. If you don’t make enough streaming gotta go scavenge for food and water.

You can play any of the in game ‘games’ or mods like the one that lets you play Morrowind in Fallout.

I love how this devolved immediately into cryo pods and worker quarters = rental unit

20:16 Nate has access to the vault because of his military service so the vault can be considered temporary military housing, at least for him.

Aw man, "Lou Tenant" was right there for a New Vegas Followers of the Apocalypse reference.

Mr Joov,

I am pleased to see you are still referring to us as VOD channel. Do not worry about being absent. I am sure the reasons were good, no explanations are needed. I just hope you and yours are well. Anyways, I am looking forward to this new run with it's rule set.

I look forward to writing again,

Justsome Dude

I think the entire chalk went insane during this stream

RED BALL vibes from the suit.

Mcready is renting the back room in the third rail

Generally you own trailers, but you do rent the lot they sit on.

0:15 it's good to be seen. I mean, I had to dip into Chinese Joov of all things to tide me over.

Sir, never ever apologize for not posting, I am just always happy when you do

This is an apartment. You can tell by the way that it is.
