Before streaming, watching television required patience, timing, and a surprising amount of hands-on work. This nostalgic journey returns to the living rooms of the late 1970s and 1980s, when CRT televisions, cable converter boxes, portable black-and-white sets, VHS labels, tracking controls, and TV/GAME switch boxes were part of everyday life.
