Can we acknowledge this poor child never asked to be born to either of these people? 😢

I love when she actually rules from the bench rather than take the case under advisement.  Woo hoo! Great call, Judge! 🎉

The audacity for that lawyer to ask if the girl deserves to go to daddy daughter dances when her mother made the choice to do this.

My son’s father makes great money. He’s a longshoreman and there’s women that look for men like him because they know that he makes great money and has great insurance. I’ve pleaded with him to get a vasectomy because of women like Ms. Garcia.
My boyfriend’s ex bragged about lying to get pregnant with his child. How do I know? She tells the story as a fond memory. And she told ME this story. I had to be civil, but I did say it was a good thing her daughter is now MY child.

Gee, I'm wondering why she went through so many lawyers before getting this piece of work.

You paused it at a perfect time because im still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor! I didn't see that coming either, but im glad judge has mom being held responsible for her running around bullshit she seems to have been doing. It seems like.... This lady is trying to have babies to being in income. This is insane.

I’ve become quite skeptical of adults announcing their spectrum disorders thanks to cases like thi

So, the whole point of going to a pro is that you don’t want a relationship and to be tied down I imagine…

If a mother doesn’t tell the father within 1yr, that’s it, she shouldn’t have the ability to then years down the road, just pop up in his life and demand child support. Nope, you been doing well all this time so just keep up that hard work! There should be a limit on claims and that would end the chicanery.
The shenanigans that are pulled by people, could be stopped with that, along with jail time for those that falsify police reports and commit perjury on the stand.
Too many are getting away with blatant disregard for truth and accountability is nowhere to be found.

/off soapbox

I want to see the previous hearing where she yelled at the other judge. 👀🔥

I could be so drunk if I took a shot every time the female attorney said, “And… uhh.”

I can see it now..”Honey excuse me..I have to take this call from the pro I laid down with 8 years ago” 😳

I would hire Attorney Blackard in a heart beat. She is sharp and seems to be on top of everything in this case. Bravo 👏🏻

Woo HOO!! Judge Vonda smelled that crap a mile away!

Would she have gone after him if he wasn’t ’successful‘?

Andrade reminds me of "Better Call Saul"😆😆😆

The father could be “Dancing Rick”, “Homeless Steve”

That's going to interfere with the glaucoma medicine

Attorney blackard has the nails on the chalkboard voice.

I would have a beer with Krishna. I would also hire his attorney! Wow! Not that I would need her- my kids are grown. I can't believe this one went the right way.
