This apartment shows everyone that you dont need a big space to decorate.. If you are aesthetic you can do a great job! Love this!

I'm always amazed at how beautifully someone can design such a small space. Loved this apartment.

I prefer these apartments to the big and glamorous ones.

THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO SIMPLY KNOW HOW TO PUT THINGS TOGETHER IN ORDER TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THEIR SPACE - OH, AND THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE GOOD TASTE!

This is too preppy for my aesthetic but I’m obsessed with how personal this apartment is. I always enjoy watching house tours that don’t necessarily fit my design style just to see how others make their house a home

I’m a textile conservator and I would like to offer free advice. Never dry clean antique quilts. If you want to have the quilt stabilized I would suggest you ask a quilter to use reproduction fabrics to repair it. ….the name of the pattern is an album quilt perfect for signatures. And from the very quick flash on this video I would say it’s is from 1910. (But I’d need to see the whole quilt to date it for sure.) Fun fact I grew up in Lynn/Swampscott on Lynn shore drive and my family roots are from Marblehead and still have family that lives there 😊 Your apartment is adorable. I especially love the blue grass cloth and the sliding pocket doors.

Washer and dryer-check, dishwasher-check, you hit the lottery when it comes to New York apartments! I love your understated style, the apartment is so cozy yet elegant.

Honestly I think the way the electrical panel sits near the Picture it just adds to the look. Gives a lil NYC character, embrace it.🙂

This place look so much bigger than 375... I like that it is narrow and not just a big square, it makes the different zones, so much nicer. Beautiful design.

So smart that they measured their space to make sure the furniture would fit. Very well decorated.

This apartment, by far, is the most elegant of all the small apartments. Really gorgeous!

This apartment is amazing! So beautifully decorated with the amount of space. Sarah, you are delightful to listen to and have created a warm and inviting home! Love to see what can be done in small spaces, my condo is 812 sq ft and watching this I have new ideas of utilizing my space! Thank you for a very enjoyable visit to your home!
