so many house

your commitment to include ateez in almost every single video is so dear to me 😭

this genuinely took a week to successfully render I'm never touching liquid glass ever again bruh. if there are mistakes pretend they aren't there

for a second i was so confused i really thought there was a musical genre called Miscellaneous that i havent heard of 😹😹

So many house HITS this year <333

one wonders if there is such thing as too much house....

not the hip hop category being a mix of my favorite and least favorite songs from this year so far 😂😂 no inbetween! it's so funny when that happens

Recession electro, house and hyperpop in K-pop is literally saving my life rn

I love that RnB, House, and Y2K influences are all coming back. It's been so satisfying to see!

even tho 'it's me' is a you love it or hate it kinda song, especially amid the hybe fatigue, i'm genuinely happy it worked so well for illit. the girls got to do something different than their usual but still keep that illit feel to it. didn't expect to like it as much as i do. and billie's work is so good,  that instrumental is so yummy.

PLEASE KEEP LDN NOISE EMPLOYED :face-red-heart-shape:

I’ve honestly have taken a bit of a step back from K-Pop this year so far, but there’s been some good songs ngl.

we need back the ERA of NEW JACK SWING

you always amaze me like how do you learn/recognize all of these genres

Is there a name for the specific kind of music that sounds like the runway songs in the fashion games we used to play as kids? They seem to generally be in the House genre, and there are a few in this video, but not all the house ones fit. Like 404 fits, Rude fits, Biggest Fan fits, maybe Work and Metronome, and I would add Energy-Unchild, Hypnotize-XG, and Serve-XLOV to the same category.  Is there a common subgenre between them?

apink mention = day made <3 also this video is chef's kiss, having witnessed myself the evolution of different music genres in kpop over the last decade and seeing this year's sub-genres broken down in such detail was extremely interesting tbh

this made me love kpop even more

retro lovers we're still winning 🤩🙏💕 great video as always!!!

1:22 just a heads up for anyone who is unaware: lngshot's Woojin openly supports abuser Tory Lanez by citing his music as inspiration, wearing a shirt saying "free tory," and stating that the rapper "did nothing wrong." Tory Lanez is currently in prison for violence against women and many have denounced him.
I know before learning these things I was interested in lngshot, but now I'm obviously keeping my distance!

i'm not a fan of ateez and i don't know most of their songs/i don't usually listen them due to that i don't listen bgs mostly but "nasa" is one of my favorite songs this year literally delicious i discovered one of from your videos i think
