La Constancia is located 35 km from Ayacucho, Buenos Aires. You can get there by dirt road. The town has just 50 inhabitants. Sergio and his wife run the bakery his grandfather bought in 1926. "Just like my grandfather used to make them," says Sergio, referring to the Tortas Negras (Black Cakes).

Hace unos 60 años,pasábamos por La Constancia,en bicicleta, y era obligado vomitar las Tortas Negras,para seguir camino hacia el campo de mi Abuela,a 30 kms de allí.
