🚜📜 HOA Karen Stormed My Inherited 150 Year Old Ranch, Too Bad She Didn’t Know I’m the Governor | Entitled People Reddit
I inherited a 150-year-old ranch that had been in my family for generations.
Then HOA Karen showed up.
She stormed onto the property and claimed the HOA had authority to inspect the ranch and demand changes.
There was just one problem.
The ranch wasn't part of the HOA.
I stayed calm and asked her to provide the documents supporting the HOA's claim.
She couldn't.
Instead, she continued insisting that the association controlled the property.
I documented the encounter and contacted my attorney.
The deed, historical records, surveys, and recorded property boundaries all confirmed that the ranch was privately owned and outside the HOA.
Karen had no idea that I was also the governor.
But my position didn't give me special authority over the dispute.
The property records did.
When the appropriate authorities reviewed the situation, they treated it as a property and trespassing matter based on the evidence.
The HOA suddenly had to explain why Karen had entered private land without permission.
