I can't be the only one that thought the thumbnail was him shooting some water-vapor thing at the creature lol.

I used to live in Santa Rosa, California. The last time I went to Point Reyes, I took my mom and my sister. When we got down to the beach, we didn't even notice the elephant seals on the beach, they were high up on the shore. As we were walking to the water, one of the seals went barreling towards the water from behind us and Shocked The Hell out of us. There were 3 other seals out there and we were in between them and the ocean. With eyes the size of silver dollars, we slowly walked back towards the parking lot. There was a Park Ranger standing on the sidewalk and she was laughing because she knew we didn't notice the seals baking on the beach and we just took of for the waters edge.

Great video and really good composed shots. What brand and millimeter was your lens

that gull shot - awesome !

Fantastic video. The narrating in the background of the amazing footage is such a great vibe. As if you were reading out of your journal entries for the day. Amazing photos and footage

Thanks for sharing. A nice shot with the male deer.

Fun fact I didnt look up this video. Today is a win for YT algorithm. 1 min in I already smashed the like button. 😁😁I like this vibe.

Nice setup to get amazing images. You are so lucky to be young at this time of camera technology. The older guys, I'm one of them, seem to not be happy about current camera tech. I love it even though I am in my 70s. It has made photography more exciting. One technology I really love is the focusing technology and how good it is in Sony cameras. Good to know that Sigma also makes excellent lenses that work well with Sony bodies. I use the Sony 200-600mm zoom I bought many years ago. It was my dream lens. It has helped me capture images of the local hummingbirds, the little sparrows that love to eat persimmons on my tree and seed I throw on the ground. Capturing birds in flight is tough. You seem to have mastered that really well. Looking forward to more of your videos.

Really enjoy your work!

Wow! Breathtaking footage!
I've seen otters out there, but I have also seen river otters in Sonoma County creeks.
They seem to have a much darker coat, black almost, far as I can tell.
About the same size.

What a great telephoto! How heavy is it?

Cool content ! I like your vision !

You just keep getting better and better! It’s really inspiring!!!

Wow that Sigma is huge, but combined with the Sony, the footage and the images are beautiful.
Great job with the video, I’ve really enjoyed it!
