..hello Akane-sensei..

..about your question, first, i am a nocturnal person, i always want to sleep in the evening and wake up on the midnight so i can watch all the video from the channel i subscribed like this channel..

..then after watching that, all the informations i got still in my mind if i want to comment on their video - after that i am still thinking if i comment the right way, do i need to edit, or remove..

..with a lot of thinking it makes me fell to sleep again..

..that you again for the walking vlog and new japanese lessons as always..

Your vlogs are so easy to watch and very enjoyable, Akane. After you left the cafe, I was hoping you were going to keep walking and talk about that book you've been reading and what you learned about sleep, since the vlog had been leading up to it the whole time. Again, your videos are simply the best, but they could really benefit from being a bit longer, maybe 20 minutes or so.

Thank you for a wonderful video as always! I really like these unscripted talks. This sort of spontaneous dialog really helps me.

These days, when I can't sleep, I try not to think too much about life. It just gets me more riled up.

I try to avoid anything particularly stimulating an hour before I want to fall asleep -- which for me, means no video games. If I still don't feel sleepy at all yet, I try to read a book, or watch a slightly boring TV show.

Once I actually feel sleepy, I try to focus on that feeling. Sometimes if I try to imagine something that's also slightly boring, it helps.  Like, sometimes I try to imagine I'm watching a very boring episode of Star Trek. For some reason, that helps. 笑

My therapist told me once, "Try to get out of your mind and into your body." In this context, that's where the sleepiness actually is. It's in your body, not in your mind, so that's where you want to focus. It's been helpful for me, anyway.

かぜが つよいですね 😄
